Japan trip~
In case you noticed, I actually disappeared for a week. LOL of course you didn’t, not like I’m full of activities anyway \o/
I went to Tokyo Japan last week, and it was really enjoyable! Man, this is gonna be a long post >_>;;;
First day, it was just consisted of flying to Japan and checking in into Shinjuku Washington hotel. Had dinner in some yanikku restaurant which was totally awesome. It was such a shame that I spammed some onigiris into my mouth a few moments ago and so I couldn’t really eat much -_-
No offense, but the hotel room is P-U-N-Y. I mean srsly, there’s hardly any walking space. The bathroom size is really laughable as well. But you know, we’re students and everything D8 therefore the budget I suppose. At least the meals here are fantastic ^_^ Didn’t take any photos…because it just never occurred to me. Like hell I will show you a messy room.
The next day we went to Nippon Engineering College. It was interesting to see a manga course in action 8D It was very cool. Each student gets a cubicle to himself/herself and zomg electric sharperners anyone??? LOL!
The sensei is very friendly too XD he jokes with the students like he is their best friend.

And because this is Japan, and this is a Japanese school, the student’s works are really top notch that left me really appalled. 8D

The next place we went to was Polygon Picture. The makers of “My friends Tigger and Pooh” the movie. *snorts* XDDDDD But I think it was better than Nippon Engineering, because all they really did was promote their school than telling us information. No pictures because I was lazy. The place was really dark though >.>
Later on we went to Odaiba for some shopping. I forgot the name of the mall though.

On the third day, it was very much made of win. We visited the GHIBLI STUDIO. The makers of Spirited Away! Homg you had no idea how much I spazzed in the bus on the way there. But honestly, I never watched their works until about a few days before the trip. But god, it was very awesome and epic.
Somehow…I kinda expected the Studio to be more grand. The location was very…weird. It was right smack in the middle of this ulu place filled with residential houses O_o And the place looks like a greenhouse of sorts, with plants growing all over the walls 8D Photos are not allowed inside, but I did get a peekture from the rooftop~

We got to see the artists at work. They do mostly hand-drawn work, therefore a lack of computers only for compositing and stuff. Then we got to see a trailer of their new movie “Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea” It was so incredibly cute! D: I really want to watch it! Hayao Miyazaki wasn’t there, because he’s a jiji on holiday LMAO
Ate some Chinese food for dinner 8D
Fourth day was DISNEYLAND \o/!!! It’s really epic in terms of the toony building and etc! God I really enjoyed myself. The only bad thing was it rained halfway and the queues took as long as an hour. My feet cried at the end of the day.

<— First ride was Space mountain which IMO was the best one. Everything was dark and starry and VERY FAST. I screamed the shit out of me and we rode it the second time straight after that XDDD
<— Buzz Lightyear ride next. 8D The robot Buzz at the entrance was really life-like! The ride consisted of two people sitting on a spaceship thing and we had laser guns to shoot at targets to score points! Needless to say, I PWNED all my 8 other guy friends with a score of 307,300.

This isn’t exactly a ride, but the seats we sat on could shake and move. And there was 3D glasses. This attraction was based off “Honey I shrunk the kids” and this was more of a “Honey I shrunk the audience” XDDD There was this part where 3D debris flew at our faces and a whole row of my peeps screamed like little girls and jumped.
<—Go Cart racing was next…which was QUITE gay, in fact so much that our own Escape theme park’s one pwns it hands down. The speed was…walking pace man. LOL and they restricted the steering so much that I could just go through the whole ride with just my foot on the accelerator.
<—Really cool buildings that I went OMFGBBQ at.
<—The one ride that really drove me nuts. “It’s a small world.” …They kept singing the damn song over and over and over and OMG I WAS WHISTLING IT WHEN I BATHED LATER AT NIGHT.
We actually rode a lot of rides, but I didn’t take photos of all of them because they wouldn’t allow it XD Time passed really fast.

But what really OWNED was the parade later in the evening. Disney Dream Lights! I’ll have to apologize first if the photos are blurry. Reason being I had to slow down my shutter speed to allow more light in. And it was very bustling from where I was sitting. I had people screaming in my ear and shit.

<—The turtle from “Finding Nemo”. Nemo, came next, but I fumbled with the camera when the FUGGIN KID NEXT TO ME SCREAM EVEN LOUDER THAN BEFORE -_- “NNEEEEHHHHHMOOOO” Omg I seriously wanted to strangle her and throw her to the sharks.

<—The float that really blew me away was Cinderella’s. The fairy godmother tapped her wand and the dress flashed and changed color 0.0 I swore I died inside man.

2nd last day was at Yoyogi animation school~~~ We had a voice acting and drawing session XD
<—Voice acting studio! Seeing how majority of us knew nuts about the Japanese language, we had to write down the romanji to even read out the script. I swear, voice acting is 10000000 times harder than I expected. The timing is so important. One guy gave up on his lines and went, “OMG THERE’S A GIANT ROBOT ATTACKING US!” HAHA!
<—The sensei is on the left. LOL He’s really made of win. He used to be an animator for Dragonball 8D And the drawings are snakes, not sperms.
<—They had a wall full of autographs from famous mangakas and seiyuus! This is only 1/4 of it >.>
After Yoyogi we went to Asakusa temple. I took a fortune which turned out to be bad >_> telling me to return to my homeland. *headdesk* They had plenty of souvenir shops there 8D and I bought boots that only costed me 26 dollars each. W00t.
Then later in the evening we went to Akihabara. Didn’t get to go to any cosplay shops, or maid cafes though D: My guy friends had a big haul on GunDAMNS. And I accidentally went to an M18 section full of hentai. I only realised when they were playing an advertisement in one corner full of moaning and bouncing boobs. Everything was censored because it’s Japan LOL I got stared at…because I’m the only girl there >_>; It was full of hentai jijis with the unshaven faces and beards.
I bought a toy cat that meows when you poke it XD A bag, a Roxas figurine *humps* , a Soul Eater Figurine in which I got Black Star *sobs* I want my Kidd! and my guy friends bought hentai. >_> Oh, and they had a humping dog USB which was totally hilarious XDDDDDD
I was really disappointed that the Vocaloid 02 Nendroid wasn’t out yet. And the Figma ones too! OMG I wants my Len DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD:
Next and last day was Harajuku 8D I basically bought the most stuff there. Tons and tons of clothes because Bodyline was having a SALE. OMG Everything was so cheap that I nearly cried. A maid’s dress that costs $26?!?!?!? DO WANT ROFL. Needless to say I hogged the line because I bought too much. So much for the giving up subculture thing to fund more cosplay T_T
The flight back to Japan was…bleh. I had a huge splitting headache last minute while landing that reduced me to tears. Got back at 3am and just died on my bed. I had a Kuroshitsuji photoshoot the next day XD
